Position and responsibilities:
  • Strong experience in civil aircraft engine
  • Participate in and develop reporting process of our power plant and nacelle
  • Lead to solve designated technical issues of our aircraft’s power plant system
  • Develop communication process with the different engine manufacturer
  • Read and interprets manufacturers maintenance manuals, service bulletins and other specifications to determine feasibility and methods of repair
Required skills and qualifications:
  • Good English level / French or German of advantage
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience on engine shop level
  • Borescope experience/approval
  • Able to perform troubleshooting and maintenance work
  • Able to issue reports and communicate with the different engine manufacturers
  • EASA B1 Licensed or Swiss “S” licensed of advantage
Ideally experienced on following engine types but not limited to:
  • GE CF6 series
  • GE 90 series
  • GE CF34 series
  • Pratt & Whitney PW 4000
  • CFM 56-5A/-5B/-5C/-7
  • CFM LEAP 1A
  • RR RB211 Trent 700
  • RR RB211 Trent 500
  • Pratt & Whitney 1100G
  • IAE V2500
