Your daily tasks & responsibilities
  • Co-work and assistance in HR projects and process optimizations
  • Support the implementation of new tools / solutions
  • General HR administration (for the entire HR life cycle)
  • Handle general correspondence (in German / English)
  • Administrative support of all departments regarding HR topics
  • Support the Human Resources Manager in all aspects
The expertise you have & skills you bring 
  • Commercial or comparable education
  • Further education within HR (e.g. HR Assistant HRSE)
  • Knowledge of Swiss Labor Law and Social Insurances
  • Fluent in English and German (spoken and written), French would be an advantage
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Ability to work independently and proactive
  • Service-oriented and flexible
