Your daily tasks & responsibilities
- Co-work and assistance in HR projects and process optimizations
- Support the implementation of new tools / solutions
- General HR administration (for the entire HR life cycle)
- Handle general correspondence (in German / English)
- Administrative support of all departments regarding HR topics
- Support the Human Resources Manager in all aspects
The expertise you have & skills you bring
- Commercial or comparable education
- Further education within HR (e.g. HR Assistant HRSE)
- Knowledge of Swiss Labor Law and Social Insurances
- Fluent in English and German (spoken and written), French would be an advantage
- Good working knowledge of MS Office applications
- Ability to work independently and proactive
- Service-oriented and flexible
