Your daily tasks and responsibilities:

Main duties:
  • Preparing and sending of customer reminders and statements
  • Following up on payments not received
  • Direct communication with clients and exchange with our sales department
Other duties:
  • Assisting the Senior Credit Controller with excel reports for Management
  • Assisting the Senior Credit Controller with maintaining customer data files
  • Preparing information for Aircraft release procedures (when required)
  • Preparing advance payment invoices (when required)
  • Booking Invoices as and when required
  • Clarification and communication with the production department regarding invoicing and project follow ups
  • General administrative tasks

The expertise you have & skills you bring:
  • Commercial / accounting background with at least two years of professional experience in accounts receivables
  • Advanced English knowledge (verbal and written), German and French would be an advantage
  • Very good computer skills MS office (specially in Excel and Word)
  • Excellent communication & organizational skills
